What age should my dog be to start this?
This is perfect for dogs aged 6 to 21 years of age! However it’s never too early to start to gain an understanding of what older dogs need.
When will calls be for March 2026?
The Glow Up March 2026 waitlist is currently open!
Our next round of Glow Up will begin in March. The tentative dates for the small group coaching sessions are March 15, March 29, April 12 and April 19.
Groups are typically held Sunday evenings between 4pm-8pm EST (official schedule will be released closer to start date).
What if I can’t make all the live calls?

Will I get 1:1 time with Dr. Monica?

I’m scared to talk about end-of-life—do I have to?
While I encourage every senior dog parent to prepare for end of life care because things can happen quickly and unexpectedly with seniors, this is something you should only do when you feel ready. Our program will provide you with tools and guidance to support this process, but there is absolutely no pressure to move faster than you are comfortable with.
What if my dog is still healthy?
Perfect timing. This is when you want to build the plan—before crisis mode hits.
What can I expect during the 7 weeks of lessons and group coaching calls?
As soon as you join, you’ll get immediate access to the online course library. These short, easy-to-watch videos will walk you through the key foundations you’ll need to start creating your senior dog’s personalized wellness and happiness plan—so you can begin learning right away at your own pace.
You’ll also be asked to:

Introduce yourself and your dog inside our private community, where members share updates, ask questions, and cheer each other on.
Within the first two weeks, we’ll email you your pet's workbook designed to help you map out your dog’s plan step by step throughout the program.
You’ll also get access to our Q&A portal, where you can submit questions directly to Dr. Monica. She answers every question (typically within a week) and shares responses with the group so others can learn too.
Finally, we’ll meet every other week for small group coaching calls, usually held on Sunday evenings. These are intimate sessions where Dr. Monica speaks with each participant, helps troubleshoot challenges, and celebrates your progress. We ask that you watch the course videos on your own time so our calls can focus on support, discussion, and real-life application.
