What age should my dog be to start this?
This is perfect for dogs aged 6 to 21 years of age! However it’s never too early to start to gain an understanding of what older dogs need.
When will calls be for August/September 2025?
Our next round of Glow Up will be filled in August, and start after Labor day. The tentative dates for our small group coaching sessions (held over zoom and typically last around 60 minutes) are September 7, 14, 21, 28 and October 5th. Groups are typically held in the evenings at 5:30pm EST or 6:30pm EST.
What if I can’t make all the live calls?
All calls are recorded + posted within 24 hrs. You’ll never fall behind.
Will I get 1:1 time with Dr. Monica?

I’m scared to talk about end-of-life—do I have to?
While I encourage every senior dog parent to prepare for end of life because things can happen quickly and unexpectedly with seniors, truly only when you’re ready. You’ll receive tools during our program to do so but no pressure.
What if my dog is still healthy?
Perfect timing. This is when you want to build the plan—before crisis mode hits.
What can I expect during the 6 weeks of lessons and group coaching calls?
As soon as you join, you’ll get immediate access to the online course library. These short, easy-to-watch videos will walk you through the key foundations you’ll need to start creating your senior dog’s personalized wellness and happiness plan—so you can begin learning right away at your own pace.
You’ll also be asked to:

Fill out a short survey so we can get to know your dog and give more tailored guidance.

Complete a quick disclaimer form.

Introduce yourself and your dog inside our private community, where members share updates, ask questions, and cheer each other on.
Within the first two weeks, we’ll email you your pet's workbook designed to help you map out your dog’s plan step by step throughout the program.
You’ll also get access to our Q&A portal, where you can submit questions directly to Dr. Monica. She answers every question (typically within a week) and shares responses with the group so others can learn too.
Finally, we’ll meet for weekly small group coaching calls, usually held on Sunday evenings. These are intimate sessions where Dr. Monica speaks with each participant, helps troubleshoot challenges, and celebrates your progress. We ask that you watch the course videos on your own time so our calls can focus on support, discussion, and real-life application.

A: Because this is a coaching-based program with digital course access and a guided live experience, there are no refunds once the program begins.
